28cm long, signed FM Konstglass Ronneby art glass fish
I haven't listed a glass animal for a while, so here's a (fairly large) fish from the Marcolin brothers. They were Murano-trained Italians set up in business in Ronneby, Sweden, in the early 1960s. Their 'feathering' technique, seen here in the close-ups, was first used at Afors in Ernst Gordon's designs (we have a vase of his from the 1940s which uses the technique and which we'll list sometime soon). However, the Italians of FM Konsglas made it their own - it was perfect for figurines with feathers or scales.

Condition: quite heavy wear to the sticker (see picture), five burst bubbles underneath (biggest 2mm)
