Stromberg sommerso bowl #5 - chocolate, 6-sided with thick polished rim

This one, number 5 in our Stromberg cigarette bowl series is not signed or labelled but is clearly another mid-century piece from Swedish firm, Strombergshyttan.  'Sommerso' is the Italian for submerged and describes this technique by which a coloured bubble of glass is repeatedly cased in clear crystal.  For the others in the series, see:
