Stromberg sommerso bowl #1 - labelled, purple with thick polished rim

I'm going to list a series of small Stromberg bowls in a variety of colours, all at US$50.  They should be a nice, relatively low-cost introduction to vintage glass for a new collector.  These were originally cigarette holders.  They are a good example of a vintage item which has become hard to find in recent times.  Stromberg bowls in this style featured bright, bold colours, quality glassmaking, brilliantly clear crystal, and thick, delicately rounded rims.  The sides were moulded but the rims required further bevelling and polishing.

Condition: wear to the sticker, light wear on the base, a 2mm fleabite to the right front corner, three mm fleabites to the left front corner, a few scratches elsewhere (longest 3mm)
