BUYER COMMENT:  "The other 2 arrived perfectly and look fantastic! Thanks for providing such a great site with beautiful pieces that I feel confident buying."

Here's a ready-made matched set for a Holmegaard collector, or someone who'd like a guaranteed stylish modernist set of glass in their home, at less than $125 per piece.  We picked them up at a bargain price, so we can pass them on at one.

They are a set of four ice-blue  Per Lutken designs, all with the Lutken PL monogram.  We're not entirely convinced by the signature on one of the vases.  See if you can pick which one.  The vase is the real thing but either the guy who did the signature was having a really bad day, or, more likely, it left the factory unsigned and someone added it later.  It makes a talking point and it's not worth breaking up the set for.

As my listings keep hammering - sets are the way to go: more beautiful and more valuable.  Personally, I don't collect pieces just to be able to say I have them all (though I can understand the passion of those who do), but if I find a beautiful piece, I know that four of them together in a range of related shapes and sizes will look more beautiful and more "right".  It shows the more complete picture of what the designer was doing - the variations on the theme.

Here are some other Lutken pieces, sold and unsold, from Modernistglass.com;
