Vicke Lindstrand signed 1960s 'Patina' vase with cut lenses
The Patina vase was a good seller for Kosta in the 1960s but few of them come up for sale. They are textured on the inside, smooth on the outside. The 'patina' - named for the fine layer of oxide and wear that forms on metal or furniture from ageing - is hard to photograph. It's more beautiful in real life. This also has a ring of cut lenses around the top. The glass itself is semi- transparent.
