Monster green 20 inch, 5kg signed 1960s Flygsfors Fantasia art object

This is the biggest Fantasia we've ever owned.  The wild abstract designs of Paul Kedelv's 'Coquille' series for Flygsfors are very collectable.  Because many of the pieces have no practical function, they are clearly art.  This is very much the case with the Fantasia design.  The base looks like the roots of teeth, and the top looks like the four-pronged pincer of some bizarre sea creature.  

The colour is deceptive in many of the photos. The photo in sunshine shows that it is dark green, white, and crystal.

Because this one is so big, it makes a big statement.   It is not dated, but from our experience, the biggest pieces are usually from the 60s so that's our guess for this piece.  Kedelv himself left Flygsfors in 1955.  We saw a Fantasia this size sell on eBay for, from memory, US$720, so $750 is a very fair price.  There are not many this big available.
