Signed 1960s Kumela Armando Jacobino rabbit figurine

This cute, cylindrical figure, somewhat like a chess piece, is the partner to the duck which just sold. The buyer already has the rabbit in this colour. Her set of ducks, rabbits, and cats in various colours now numbers about 8, and they seem to me to be a fun thing to collect - small, quirky, distinctively modernist in their design, beautiful, and one day no doubt very valuable. We'll be on the lookout for more. They were designed by Armando Jacobino, an Italian glassblower who was one of the most important designers at Kumela, in Finland. For other Jacobino designs see:

The pictures don't quite show the blue eyes of the bunny, or the ring of controlled bubbles around the stem of the piece.
