SWEDISH Aseda Borgstrom art glass vase #2, $1R

This is a beautiful mould blown blue coloured vase by Bo Borgstrom for Swedish art glass company Aseda. It still bears its original label. It is the same shape and size as the aubergine coloured one I listed a few days ago. Unfortunately this one is water stained. We will work on it over the next week or so but it is unlikely that we will be able to shift the calcium deposits. You can hide them with oil or vaseline, and if you fill it with water and use it as a vase, you don't see them. Bo Borgstrom was the chief designer for Aseda from 1960. This is typical of his work - bold colours and clear casing. Pina and Vigier date this design as circa 1960s.

Stickered "SWEDISH GLASS"?

Condition: light wear to the base, heavy wear to the sticker, a less than mm fleabite/impact mark 5cm from the top, a couple of light brownish spots on top inside, some cloudiness inside the base part, some tiny unintended bubbles (quite a lot of them over an area of 1x1cm just behind the sticker)
