Skrdlovice 1964 Jan Beranek 'Red Core' Czech vase
According to Mark Hill's invaluable book, Hi Sklo Lo Sklo, this piece was shown in the Czechoslovak Glass Review in early 1965 in these colours, and the design was named after the colouring, "Red Core". It was made at Skrdlovice glassworks.

Condition: very light wear to the base aside from a 2x5mm fleck underneath, a few unintended bubbles (largest 2x3mm), some small scratches over two areas just above the base (longest 1.3cm), a few black marks from manufacture inside the glass (two are on the surface of the glass, largest 1x2mm - see closeup)
