Signed Edenfalk for Skruf ice block paperweight with engraved spouting whale

We sold a Bengt Edenfalk vase last week, so here's another of his pieces to replace it. This is a charming little paperweight from Skruf. It's a moulded ice block, intended to suggest a view from an iceberg, with a spouting whale engraved on the other side.The moulding technique was a particular strength of the firm.

Edenfalk was at Skruf from 1953 to 1978.

Engraved "Edenfalk Skruf" to the base
Condition: very light wear to the base, a 2mm scratchlike mark (probably from manufacture) and a 1mm unevenness to the surface on the side where the whale is.
