Labelled 'Rhapsody' Czech 'breast vase' designed Frantisek Zemek 1956

This has been in our collection for 6 years. Initially we didn't know what it was but we always thought it was a special piece. After a few years we bought some labelled pieces that were clearly from the same series (see Labelled Czech 'Rhapsody' set designed Frantisek Zemek 1956) , then more recently Mark Hill's excellent book, Hi Sklo Lo Sklo gave us more information.

We've always referred to it as "the breast vase" but the proper name for a small blob of glass fused to glass and looking like a breast is "prunt".

Hi Sklo Lo Sklo shows 5 pieces from Frantisek Zemek's Rhapsody series for Mstisov glassworks. One of them is similar to this, a vase with four prunts (see the last picture) which Mark Hill says "was deemed the most important at the time." It doesn't have the coloured ribs of ours. Four breasts is clearly more than any woman, let alone any vase, needs, so we think our 2-breast version, which we believe is rarer, is better.

It's priced to sell at only $199. It has a number of shallow scrapes (see pictures). All of them are on edges or points where they could be ground out, (though I probably wouldn't touch the graze on one boob) or you could ignore them as we have.

Condition: Two shallow scrapes to green part of vase, each 2cm long. Shallow graze to smaller boob (see pic). 3mm chip to blue side of vase top and 3 x 3mm chips lower down (see pic). Wear scratches to base and a cluster of nibbles on one rim. Faint cloudy line measuring 6cm wide through centre of vase on one side only (see pic). We suspect this is from manufacture rather than being a watermark.
